Skating Dynamics Linking Policy

Grant of Permission

Skating Dynamics, Inc., a Michigan corporation (GRANTOR), owner of the web site and domain http://www.skatingdynamics.com, grants a limited, non-exclusive, terminable permission to the owners of web sites or pages meeting the qualifications set forth herein (GRANTEE) to place a text or graphic link, as defined herein, to http://www.skatingdynamics.com.

Reservation of Rights

GRANTOR retains and reserves all rights in its trade names, trademarks and logos, copyrights and all other intellectual property with respect to its domain name and graphic logo. Use of any other trademarks, trade names, graphic banners or logos, copyrighted material or intellectual property of Grantor for any purpose is expressly forbidden. Grantor reserves the right to cancel the permission granted to GRANTEE at any time and for any reason. Upon receipt of notification of such cancellation of permission, GRANTEE shall immediately cease use of GRANTOR'S domain name and/or graphic banner or logo and any link between the web sites of GRANTEE and GRANTOR must terminate and be destroyed

Forbidden Acts

No changes to the domain name or graphic banner or logo of GRANTOR are permitted. No use of GRANTOR'S domain name or graphic banner or logo other than that of linking to http://www.skatingdynamics.com is permitted. No use of the domain name and/or graphic banner or logo shall be made on any web site or page containing obscene, scandalous, pornographic, indecent, profane or inflammatory materials, or in any manner which will or could adversely affect the reputation, name or goodwill of GRANTOR or its services or products. Links to http://www.skatingdynamics.com other than a text link containing only GRANTOR'S domain name or the graphic banner or logo contained on this page are expressly forbidden.

Exclusion of Warranties

THE USE OF A TEXT OR GRAPHIC BANNER OR LOGO LINK TO http://www.skatingdynamics.com IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGMENT. Skating Dynamics, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss, damage, liability or expense that may result from the use of a text or graphic banner or logo link to http://www.skatingdynamics.com.

Non-Endorsement of Linking Sites

The use of a text or graphic banner or logo link to GRANTOR'S domain name or web site does not and should not be construed as endorsing any materials on any web site displaying or using such text or graphic link.

Revision of Policy

Skating Dynamics, Inc. reserves the right to revise this Linking Policy at any time and for any reason with such revisions effective immediately upon their posting on its web site. All GRANTEES should periodically visit this page to review the then-current Linking Policy and insure compliance thereto.

Acceptance of Terms

The display of GRANTOR'S domain name and/or graphic banner or logo shall evidence acceptance of the terms of this Linking Policy and agreement to be bound thereby.
